CONCLUDING PRAYERS
Hail Mary
Pray two additional Hail Marys to honor the tradition that the Blessed Virgin's earthly life lasted 72 years.

Our Father, Hail Mary
Add one Our Father and one Hail Mary for the intentions of the Pope.

Regina Coeli (optional)

V. Queen of Heaven, rejoice, alleluia.
R. For He whom you merited to bear, alleluia.
V. Has risen as He said, alleluia.
R. Pray for us to God, alleluia.
V. Rejoice and be glad, O Virgin Mary, alleluia.
R. Because the Lord is truly risen, alleluia.

Let us pray. O God, who by the Resurrection of Your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, have vouchsafed to give joy to the whole world, grant, we beseech you, that through the intercession of the Virgin Mary, His mother, we may attain the joys of eternal life. Through the same Christ, our Lord. Amen.

Sign of the Cross

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

This concludes the Seven Joys of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

About the Concluding Prayers
The only required concluding prayers are two Hail Marys, plus one Our Father and one more Hail Mary, then the Sign of the Cross. The additional prayer presented here, "Regina Coeli", also known as "Queen of Heaven", provides a fitting conclusion, but it optional. It is not a traditional part of the Seven Joys devotion.

Our Father (The Lord's Prayer)
V. Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
R. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Amen.
Hail Mary
V. Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed are thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
R. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
