Hymn (Optional)
after each decade
When performing the Mexican Rosary in public or with a group, it is customary (but not obligatory) to sing one or two stanzas of a hymn after completing each decade. Use a different hymn for each Mystery. Choose the hymns according to the theme of the Mystery, the liturgical season, the occasion, or the preferences of the group.
In the United States it is unusual for the Rosary to include hymns except on special public occasions such as outdoor processions.
